Has 15pp of prelims present as follows. Last leaf of Dedicarion to Edward VI; then 'To the Gentle Christian Reader (4pp), Th Lady Queen Katherine (4pp), Erasmus & Udal Prefaces (6pp) Slight wear to frist three intro leaves with some border repairs. Half a dozen leaves with small blemishes (NAT). Wants a leaf in Luke and last two leaves at close of Acts (before tables). Tables with some marginal defects to last 3 or 4 leaves. Final leaf present. Scattered light watermarks. Minor light dusting. Mainly a very good crisp copy mainly tear free.
19th century full panelled calf, finely rebacked over raised bands with gilt lettered label.
