Few small patches of middles outer margainl worming, minor blemishes. Very good, contemporary panelled calf. Finely rebacked over raised bands with gilt letter label.

There is a note there to the effect that in 1624,23 there appeared a folio edition of this bible which is described on its title page as 'Editio Septima and Germana etc'. it is of course Tremellus and Junius version of the Bible, with the addition of Beza's NT. According to Masch it contains a new and elaborate index complied by Paulus Tossanus.
