He writes 'On my Lord Bishop of Ely...... purpose to hold an ordination at Ely on the twnety fourth Inst.... to attend Mr Morgan for examination to subscribe the Articles. As you was ordained so lately..... ordain you priest upon the papers delivered to Deacons Orders etc.....  Signed Benj.Chamberlain.

The latter name is probably the authors function rather than his surname. James York was Bishop of Ely (1781-1808)
